Stop at gate, give your reference. They will tell you what bay. After parking on bay take your keys to driver lounge and give them into the control. They will call you when ready. There is free hot drinks and other pay vending machines.

Employ the thickest drivers they can find. Driver failed to 1. Knock at my address despite me taking half a day off to receive. 2. Failed to obtain any signature pr photographic proof of delivery. 3. Stated item handed to me which is a total lie. 4. Due to nature of item being 18+ it required ID & a signature which they didnt get. Should face repercussions & lose their job for being incompetent. It won't be the first or last time. Warrants sacking. Disgraceful courier service. I will never use again.

This review was generated by Amazon UKs bigotry and dishonesty. It applies to the overall customer service package and consistently lowering standard/quality of the product range that has slowly but surely crept in over, in particular, the last 2-3 years. The simple fact is that if you write a review on Amazon it is vetted by Amazon, E.G. SELF POLICING. Hitherto, anything at all that is written to the detriment, no matter how honest or factual, of either the seller or, in particular, Amazon and their conduct and the review will not be published.
Result ? I will put my, main, concerns in a Google review in the hope that it will be published with no bias or bigotry.
Evidently and demonstrably, there are now many thousands more unscrupulous and devious sellers using Amazon Market place. Their infinitely inferior products, e.g. clones, copies and poor imitations, are being allowed by Amazon to flood the market. Upon receipt of said products, Amazon's answer to genuine, honest, unsuspecting customers is to send threatening emails for requesting too many returns and refusing to publish true feedback when reviews are submitted. What Amazon should be doing is protecting the millions of their customers who are getting duped time after time.
To this end, Amazon should be monitoring the quality of the shoddy products sellers are loading off and give them warnings and bans when their service/products do not improve.
Also, Amazon should place more onus on sellers to prove their point during disputes between honest customers and unscrupulous sellers. E.G. A knife set I recently returned, with proof of postage, including photographic evidence and digital evidence from the local Evri franchise store, was recharged 6 weeks later when the seller simply "claimed" that they had not received it back. The seller then claimed the following (over a period of about 6 weeks and approximately 200 emails back and forth. Not to mention many hours of very frustrating customer service phone calls, being passed endlessly from pillar to post) 1; Didn't receive it back at all, then, 2; received it back but in wrong packaging. 3; received it back but obviously used and not in original condition. 4: received it back but a knife was missing. 5; received it back with ALL knives missing.
AT WHAT POINT DID AMAZON NOT REALISE THAT THE SELLER WAS A BIGGER LIAR THAN KING PIP ? At what point did Amazon feel justified in stealing my £71.99 ?
Amazon need to regroup and transform back into the superb company they were about 3 years ago.
AND DON'T GET ME STARTED ON THE ADVERTS WE NOW HAVE TO ENDURE, WITH NO REDUCTION IN SUBSCRIPTION, ON AMAZON VIDEO.

I had brought loaded trailer here for live unloading and even after 4 hours no one started unloading it. I had another load scheduled but was late because the busy keeping their hands in pocket and doing nothing except time pass.

Somehow magically lost 2 brand new gaming monitors and won't refund me because they won't admit they've lost them even though their own tracking, amazon phone line, and dpd has said so.
