Delivery drivers are bloody useless.
They NEED TO BE ABLE TO SPEAK ENGLISH, READ ENGLISH & USE SAT NAV PROPERLY.
TRY typing a post code in instead of a house number & road details.
Some towns have 2 nigh on identical addresses.
Sort ya game out Amazon logistics.....

Never had a bad delivery or experience with Amazon. The updates tell you where your parcel is and a rough time it will be delivered. Most of ours come through the Aylesford depot

This is the only way I can make a complaint. Had a delivery at my property on Saturday 4th November 2023 which was absolutely fine. Next day one of my neighbours from 5 doors up knocked on my door claiming the parcel she was meant to have was at my address and it says on your system it was my partner that took it in and you can clearly see on the ring doorbell that there was 2 little flat parcels handed to my step son. But what the doorbell caught after was your delivery driver’s passenger scanning the neighbours parcel 5 doors up jumping back in the passenger seat the the driver turned round on our direct neighbours drive reversed up sat outside the house 2 doors up for about 10-15 seconds then drove off. By the way I live at number 6 and the parcel that your driver claimed was delivered to my address live at number 11. I’m sorry but for one of your drivers to put my partner’s name down is fraud and slander. Also my partner is worried sick about this now so will be seeking legal advice and make sure things are dealt with accordingly!

I have ordered on 29th of December from Amazon I did not get my parcels it was meant to be delivered on 30th as a premium delivery I got a refund. I ordered the same order on 1st of January and it was meant to be delivered today and I didn’t get it again . I never had issues only 2 years ago my order was stolen now same situation why do people find the need to take these parcels I don’t get it . It’s hard knowing that you can’t get in touch with your depo for complains and also to get in touch with the courier it’s quite stressful

Takes them hours to unload your trailer. There's one rather overweight gentleman and an OAP unloading/reloading so takes them way past your departure time. Not bothered when you explain you are running out of hours. Have to sit in the canteen on a plastic chair with bright white lighting on a night shift, no consideration for driver fatigue whatsoever.

Terrible customer service ordered an Amazon fire 10 kids tablet on prime day and instead I received a box of bird seed and a book. Contacted amazon who told me I need to return the items and then I would get a refund. I asked if I could have a replace sent out as this has now come off the special offer and gone up by £90 to be told no we can’t do that. Asked to speak to a supervisor to be told I can’t do that either totally disgusting was for my child’s birthday present too 🙁

Useless.....my delivery arrived at amazon warehouse at 4.22am and i only live about 4 miles from warehouse and still havent had my drlivery at 8pm.
If the staff cant do better than this, perhaps the warehouse should be restaffed with more efficient employees.
