The only professional IT support partner in Rutland. I have experienced the others and quite simply they are 'have-a-go' transactional folks only interested in selling you some new kit or charging you by the hour. When they work by the hour I have come to the opinion that most are guessing and using trial and error to fault find. When they dont have time for you they will advise that you buy new and start again irrespective of what is best for your business. After running out of patience with these folks and being sent in different directions with a recent computer fault that was costing me money and my business distrupted I turned to Amanet and particularly Andreas. The experience was totally different - professional, knowledgeable, client centric. They ran a 24 hour diagnostic so decisions were made on facts not trail and error, they provided sound advice and regular updates, they fixed the problem (that had been a constant problem for 10 days with the alternative local support co's), they worked out of hours to get my business up and running, they optimised my system so now its working better than ever and they were very reasonable about what they charge knowing that I am a small business. I consider working with the alternative IT support co's now as a waste of money and at worst wreckless considering the disruption I experienced. I can 100% recomend Andreas and his team for any any small business reliant upon IT systems whether its fixing, optimising or servicing.
