I purchased a new replacement oven without really knowing what was required! Andy and his team came to mind after, some mild panic and greying hairs for a day or two. Prompt service and really exceptional customer service that did indeed calm the nerves. Thanks again Ollie for a kind and friendly wiring of the new oven! He also removed all the packaging parts and reminded me to put the oven on, with all new metal trays in for an hour before using my new shiny kitchen appliance. 🙌🏼🙌🏼
