These guys are the real deal and a reputable company. I bought a VS2 refurbished from them and it looked practically new. The machine works perfectly. We had a big project of 80 samples that the machine ran flawlessly over a 2 day time frame. Such a great deal and a great company

My “new to me” analyzers work well, and there is great customer service with this company. They worked with my lenders in the beginning to help me purchase these machines outright and I did not have to sign any contracts with the parent company to be able to provide in house labs for my patients! This is a company that is a delight to work with. Great communication and quality equipment with a quick delivery time. We needed equipment that would be used overseas in a conservation project so I wanted to ensure all would be well since getting it to and from the field site is not easy. You can see all the great reviews online which was encouraging, but also made me skeptical when reviews are this good. I sought out a colleague who had a great experience with them so I placed the order. Their team couldn't be better on confirming and updating on progress and even sending results of their testing. It arrived well packed and the hematology analyzer itself was in great condition. In fact, I would not have been able to tell it was not a new machine if it had arrived in original packaging. Of course, the final proof was all working well in the field. The team has run several tests and all is exactly as hoped for. I understand the hesitation on ordering refurbished equipment and I have been warned about buying equipment like this off eBay, etc. This is not that experience. I am glad to recommend Allied Analytic and their excellent team.

I work in a research lab and we wanted to purchase a CBC machine at a decent price. Allied Analytic were extremely helpful in helping us choose an ideal refurbished machine (Abaxis HM5C) which was considerably cheaper than the recommended retail price. Additionally, when we had a technical issue which required servicing of the unit, they shipped a replacement unit ASAP and we returned the other unit in the process which meant that we are able to continue our work without needing to wait for servicing - and this replacement was entirely free under the warranty. Their customer service is exemplary.

I own one doctor veterinary hospital in Media, PA. I bought HM5 and VS2 from Allie Analytic.
Before the purchase, I asked them many questions, and those numerous emails were answered very promptly. The transaction were shipping were very easy and fast as well.
When I received the machine, HM5 was consistently producing higher Hct than reference lab value. When I confronted this issue to Allied Analytic, they sent me a new machine, allowed me to swap, and the new machine has been working great. VS2 machine has been great from the start.
I highly recommend Allied Analytic if you want a more affordable option than buying new machines, and they provide a great customer service.

Truly impressive! The equipment, customer service and technical support is truly impeccable.

Purchased the Abaxis vet scan and HM5 from this company and must say that we’ve been beyond happy about the service we are receiving.

Firstly, we were extremely apprehensive about buying such devices online (never really shop online to begin with) but we were referred to them by a work colleague who was happy about their service.

Upon initial contact, they were extremely pleasant to deal with and patient with all our questions/concerns. Jennifer made sure that the entire transaction went smoothly and Mark is a tech support genius. Even though we’re countries away, he explains everything so well that we are able to do the entire set up and troubleshooting in no time. This is really great for us since modern technology is not our forte.

We would definitely recommend, not just for the quality of the analyzers but for the follow through and technical support! Everything works like brand new and no question of ours was ever left unanswered or dismissed.
