Erica and the team genuinely care- I am really grateful to them for their compassion and dedication to my dog who sadly passed away on new years day. One of my most comforting memories is seeing Baxter sitting with the staff on reception, enjoying all their attention and love! I didn’t feel any procedures were carried out unnecessarily, and even though his difficulties were too severe to recover from, their kindness to us in our grief was much appreciated.

Took my cat in to just put my mind at rest about her being pregnant. I have never had a pregnant cat before and I was certain my cat was pregnant with all the usual signs and also to get some advice on what I should be doing to make my cat as comfortable as possible until the kittens are born. Vet said that she wasn't certain that she was pregnant and just felt bloated and there could be an underlining issue so advised to have a ultrasound to check her over. Turns out my cat is pregnant which I suspect that they knew that anyway and just wanted me to pay more money. I felt very rushed in and out. Questions I asked I was told to just look online. All I heard leaving the vets mouth was more about the money rather than the health of my cat. I shall not be using this vets again. Very very disappointed. I get that we have to pay for out pets but this vets is extortionate. £118 to just tell me my cat is pregnant.

Wouldn't of give these one star but had no choice as only way could write this review!! Took my friends dog at 4pm on Tuesday as he was having pain in his ear checked him said note there paid £57 had to take him back Thurs morning paid another £87 as wed night found a tick on his ear. worst and waste money

We have cats. Lots of cats. Rescue cats
And we had rescue chickens. All creatures veterinary centre are wonderful Erica, the vet in charge, and her dedicated team, have been looking after us since they opened and through thick and thin they have been everything we could hope for. They genuinely care about every animal and every owner. We (and the cats) couldn't rate the team highly enough.

Not all vets are created equal. When your baby is sick, and you don't know why, you put your trust in to those who can help them. There is a love of animals at All Creatures, a compassion, which is 100% genuine. Erica treats you like you have a brain, and actively listens, she's amazing. Shout out to Nina, who is also very friendly and kind. It's more than a business practice, it's a comfortable and safe environment where you can bring your pets to be treated. Further to this, it's one of the most reasonably priced surgeries I've visited. They don't run unnecessary tests if they don't need to. I travel 13 miles to go to this practice, but would still travel there even if it was an hour away. Tinsley (baby bear), has a new lease of life, which is like winning the lottery. 4 weeks ago, he was in pain, now he's swanning around the kitchen like he owns the place. Thank you.

Honestly couldnt of asked for a better service from start to finish and was in and out within 20 minuets due to pup breaking one of her claws at the root so needed to be removed and given antibiotics
