The IT experts at Akita are always very competent, helpful, friendly & efficient. I recently had persistent printing issues. One of the IT engineers, Matthew picked up the ticket, connected to my laptop remotely and set about to resolve the issue. He left no stone unturned until it was resolved. He worked systematically to find the error, exhausted every possible avenue to establish a reliable and functional connection, pulled up the precise user manual to confirm correct cabling configuration remotely, tested the ethernet cable’s functionality independently, updated drivers, printer software, and loads more I couldn't even begin to explain! I have lost count of how many times we had to power off the printer for the changes to take effect. Matthew even took the trouble to reset the printer to factory settings and then reinstalled it from scratch. He remained friendly, patient and positive throughout what felt like hours! Commendable traits given the level of frustration it must surely have caused him by then. Matt is thorough, confident and very knowledgeable. Thank you for fixing it Mat!
Thanks too to Ryan, who picked up the same ticket a little while later, to activate the double sided printing function. Same great service received from Ryan too, many thanks!
We have been with Akita since late 2017 and have always enjoyed this level of competent, prompt, efficient service. In an ever-more-complicated IT world, where reliable & expert IT support has become an essential part of business life, I can wholeheartedly recommend the Akita Team!

Excellent, speedy service. Akita work hard to fix the problem until a solution is found. We reported our issue yesterday morning and had an engineer onsite within 10 minutes. Outstanding!

We've been using Akita for just over 2 years now and cannot recommend them enough. Everyone I've encountered there has been so professional and friendly. Their Helpdesk is super quick to respond to my queries and to deal with any IT problems. They are always able to assist me. The other thing I find great is that they are able to talk on my level (I don't have an IT background). They always take the time to make sure I've understood what they're saying! They've really helped us with our SharePoint site and tablet and laptop upgrades for the system we use. Our Account Managers have all been great and the staff that have provided us with training sessions have all been really friendly and professional. Highly recommend and thanks Akita.
