I used them as part of the Hilton Hotel park and courtesy taxi pick up and drop off service. have to say it was a really great service. Both drivers Alan and Gideon were efficient and pleasant and the system worked flawlessly. I would highly recommend this service to anyone flying from EMA and staying at the Hilton.

We have recently used AJ Cars , we were visiting Castle Donington from Cape Town for a family wedding & we cannot express how awesome they are. From Kath in the office who answered all my emails promptly, ( my new bestie ) to all the drivers who were fabulous. We used AJ Cars for the whole 9 days , planned days out , Heathrow pick ups & drop offs. The worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time.

I booked a 6 seater taxi through their app with almost 24 hours of notice. At very short notice (12 minutes before the booked time), AJ Cars called me to say there wasn't a taxi available for 6 people and instead they can send two cars.

This would have been ok, but shockingly the employee on the call told me that these two separate taxis would cost me more money (£30) than the guaranteed price of £26 when I booked the original taxi. Despite pointing out to the man on the call that it is very unfair to make me pay more money due to an inconvenience that was their fault, he showed no sympathy and he didn't apologise.

In a normal situation I would have taken my business elsewhere after such appalling customer service, but this was an important taxi booking to go to a wedding and they had called me at very short notice, so I reluctantly said yes to the two taxis.

To add insult to injury, despite being told two cars would be sent, they only used one car and did two separate trips. This meant that two members of my group were left behind at the pickup point and became concerned about the taxi intended for them not showing up, and ultimately they arrived later at the wedding than desired.

I hope AJ Cars reaches out to me to resolve this situation - I am extremely disappointed by their service.

We highly recommenf AJ Cars having used them several times - most recently 4th July for airport run from Lowdham, Notts to Heathrow for family holiday in Newfoundland. Four adults and two children aged 2 and 4 collected in plenty of time for stress free journey in large, comfortable people carrier. Excellent service (as we've come to expect) from one of the nicest blokes we've ever met.
Definitely worth five stars.

DO NOT USE they will charge you a rate of 10.00 for a mile drive the drivers all loke to use their phone when driving they will also will try changing more then rate told use uber and not these

Avoid this firm. Driver planned an overly long route, overcharged significantly compared with other taxi firms, and locked the doors before asking for the inflated fare. Disgraceful service.
