We enlisted the help of Aircon Services to install an AC unit.

While the unit malfunctioned after a month, it was due to a manufacturer defect rather than any error on the part of Aircon Services - the fuse blew, damaging the circuit board! Upon reaching out to them, they promptly arrived the next day to identify the issue, liaised with the manufacturer to utilise the warranty, and replaced the necessary parts as soon as they came in!

Overall, our experience with the company was seamless and pain free. However, a small suggestion would be to provide customers with a specific time and day for the technician's visit. We weren't given this information, but fortunately, it wasn't an issue for us since our office is generally open.

Engineer turned up well over a week after phonecall, no appointment made, billed for over £100 for a 5 minute chat and a waggle of his pen at back of chiller saying this should spin freely! Billed for 130 mins on site when I only saw him for no more than 20!! ... He obviously did not look at our opening hours either. No quotes came which were promised only this inflated bill and travelling charges were disgusting which I think should have been quoted beforehand.... Gave me £50 credit note after complaining which I begrudgingly paid as still none the wiser what to do with my chiller! Not worth all their accolades!
