100% recommended. We needed a quick sale and weren’t getting any interest through a normal estate agent. Agents were very efficient in getting the property advertised and getting interest. With their help, we accepted a good offer before the auction date. No stress or mind games with the negotiation, we were able to speak honestly with them and that made everything very straightforward.

The sale process was fairly uncomplicated although we did call them a lot with queries and questions! Throughout the whole process we found Agents incredibly efficient and helpful. Whenever we called they were able to give us an update on where we were at.

These guys are professionals who are very good at what they do. We had complete faith in them throughout the process, they put in a lot of work to make this sale happen. We would definitely use Agents again if we ever need to sell, and we are also open-minded to buying at auction having seen how simple and stress-free it can be.

Be Very Very careful with this company !!
Although some people seem to have had a good experience with agents property auction, but they were selling and I was buying , I have to say mine was not so good.
Having checked before I began my bids on a property that I had 28 days to complete the sale, and after I had won the bid I checked again and was told yes 28 days .
However the contract was changed to 14 days without any notice and in the form of an email that I could not open.
The lady who was my contact at agents property auction denied changing the terms of the purchase but only after I had paid the auction fee and the deposit ( £4850)
To further give me problems they sent incorrect information and pricing to my solicitors , this cost me extra time and money.
If I had known that I had only 14 days to complete I would not have bid on the property, and only because of the hard work of my solicitors was the purchase and my deposit saved .
Be careful that you don't get caught in the same trap

I recently wrote a negative review as we had difficulty with a purchase of a property. Even within that review I indicated that the staff had been great in trying to facilitate the purchase however I was upset that the sale had ultimately fallen through. However, the company have been fantastic in responding to our concerns and have shown that my initial review was unjust. They have relayed to me that their primary focus is the customer and that all they want is for the customer to be happy and having seen the way they have dealt with our issues and concerns I believe that this is the case. I would certainly use this company again.

Never having sold a property at auction we were a little apprehensive particularly when the advice was to set the guide price well below what we felt the property was worth. However Richard obviously knew his market well and as a result, after over 40 viewing and 17 people registering to bid, the house finally sold for double the guide price. Needless to say we are delighted.
The whole process of dealing with Agents Property Auction Ltd was easy, friendly and reassuring. We would highly recommend the auction route and, in particular, Agents Property Auction.

*ABSOLUTELY AWFUL SERVICE I WOULD AVOID AT ALL COSTS*

This is a diluted version as I could go on for days.

I would only recommend this service to someone if they were absolutely desperate to be messed around none stop and have no alternative route to sell your home.

I used this service as a fast way to sell my home, eventually a “cash” buyer was secured or so I willed to believe, after weeks and weeks of constant chasing and hoping things to be moving and near the end only to find out it’s not a cash buyer it’s a mortgage buyer after weeks in process how this is possible I will never know why wasn’t this communicated why wasn’t I told? After this I was being led to believe it’s so close to completion but then another spanner in the works to find out it’s a bridging loan mortgage so more delays. It’s just One thing after another always and never any clarity or answers they tell you they will get back to you and don’t.

The vetting process for buyers they find simply isn’t good enough it’s inadequate to say the least and now I’m at a huge financial loss due to this company dragging this whole thing out and constant lies.

I was led on a wild goose chase and had I know the parts of the deal had barely moved in reality compared to what they were telling me I would have pulled out immediately.

I received a very small amount of compensation for my troubles the rates are absolutely through the roof and not worth it I totally misinterpreted the rates and am now paying the price being a first time seller and thinking I was getting quick cash sale when I’m reality it was nothing but disappointment and stress.

I’m Hoping I can save someone the trouble myself and my family have been through
