Neil is a Knight in shining armour.
Out television, still under guarantee with Currys, displayed a no signal sign and we were unable to get any tv. After a drawn out call to Currys they sent out 5 days later, 2 men to collect it for repair. They said it was the aerial. So why take it away.... we called Neil who came swiftly on his charger and did some boosting stuff to the aerial. He also provided us with a tiny tv to be watching. 10 days later the tv was returned by Currys with a note to say that we had broken connector and as it was no fault of theirs, there was nothing more to do!!!! I rang Neil, again , he was on a job in Bolton, and said he would call on his way back. This was 9 in the evening.. without the armour, l he came, and did all sorts of finger pressing on the controls and left us with a perfectly working tv. What can I say. This man is so obliging, informative, helpful and won't leave until he is happy with the outcome.
Thank you Neil,from 2 pensioners and 1 of whom has just had a triple heart bypass after a heart attack. Took our anxieties away.

Can’t speak more highly of Aerial Aid and Neil. He has looked after my tv systems for a long time and has recently installed an alarm. He has always gone out of his way to give prompt service and his knowledge and workmanship are both excellent.

Quick response to enquiry about loss of remote connectivity to domestic CCTV. Neil already had a good idea of what was wrong before arriving. This resulted in a rapid fix. Friendly service, explanations were clear and the bill wasn’t excruciating. Thanks for the assistance.

When the router arrives and you plug it in you expect it to work! We live in an old house with thick walls so we needed an extender - that helped but signal quality was still poor and inconsistent!

Neil came and sorted everything- download speeds are up by 50%, upload speeds by 80%! Signal is good and stable throughout the house, garage and (now even) the garden! I’d definitely recommend him and he’s a really nice guy too!

Excellent service. A 17th century house with WiFi killing stone walls and booster discs in every room was dragged into the 21st century.
We now have happy online gaming kids and a happy video conference calling wife!
No ugly discs and fast reliable internet in every room.
Neil's right in saying reliable internet is now as important as other utilities.

We live in a converted barn with very thick stone walls. Internet reception was erratic and the Sky Q box would not provide the full facilities.

Neil sorted the problem so that we now have an excellent reception throughout the house and our sky Q box works perfectly. We have full reception in both the garage and garden as well as in each room.

Neil is a perfectionist with complete enthusiasm and knowledge to ensure that all the problems are solved before he leaves.

We highly recommend Neil if you are having trouble with your equipment,cabling, cctv etc. It is a real pleasure to be able to recommend a true professional who always puts his customers first.
