Have had a brilliant experience buying from accu. The delivery company delivered the wrong parcel and their customer service was awesome despite it not being their fault thanks molly may. They sent a replacement which I received the next day talk about service. Will definitely buy all my nuts and bolts from there in the future thanks again accu one very happy customer 🙂

This is my first experience of dealing with Accu, it certainly will not be the last. The product I was looking for exists in the incredible volume of component parts listed on their very easy to use website, where I discovered the additional bespoke manufacture section, which no doubt I will have use for. The products I ordered were speedily dispatch and arrived, well packaged and are of excellent quality with perfect dimensions. The cost of this seamlessly efficient service with resulting quality is superb. I'm looking forward to my next visit and order from Accu, I highly recommend them as a supplier. Ordered an item on a delivery of a few days. I was subsequently informed that unfortunately it was out of stock and not due to be produced again for quite some time. Too long for my requirement.
So I cancelled that order and asked about alternatives. Immediately, the sales team responded with a selection of items that would do the job just as well.
I chose one and they raised a new order and had it shipped very quickly.
It was a small order only but important. Impressive that they put that effort in for even small orders.

Found Accu by chance whilst looking for an insert that could be modified to repair flat pack furniture I was building.
The insert matched on diameter, bore and length. Made from nylon which was ideal. Ordering was simple, many payment options available with a great courier service. The committed date was met and the items arrived well packaged. A fantastic service from beginning to the end.
So pleased I found this company. Will keep as a favourite.

I was recommended Accu to get hold of some fixings just afew days before traveling abroad. Website almost knew what I was looking for it was that easy! Quick few non complicated details and before I knew it order was dispatched that evening. Arrived very well packaged! I could tell by the packaging, labeling and simplicity that Accu are set up pretty efficiently!!

Great experience from start to finish. I was looking for just one steel rod to fit in a hinge and Accu had just the thing in the right size at a good price. Easy to order and regular updates sent with the shipping. The rod is exactly as described and fits perfectly. Highly recommended.

Had a good choice of items at a very reasonable price. Delivered when they said they would so all good there. My only downside is the delivery price. I only needed a few items and the cost of postage was almost the same as the cost of items. So what you save on one part of the order you loose out on the other. I expect if you are ordering a lot then this would not come in to the equation. Service very good though
