We had Liam Wallace act as our conveyancing solicitor for the sale of our flat and purchase of our new house last year (2023) following a recommendation of him from a neighbour who also used Liam for her Sale and purchase.
Liam was absolutely brilliant. Easy to contact, new his work inside and out especially dealing with our Landlord for sale of our flat who were just the most difficult people ever. He was professional, prompt, unbelievably thorough and transparent. He guided us step by step and did everything so efficiently. His advice throughout was so sound as well and we are unbelievably grateful for him being our solicitor through what was a very stressful process making it that bit less stressful!! I cannot recommend Liam Wallace enough to anyone who needs a conveyancing solicitor in the future.

I emailed Leigh Oddy of Absolute Conveyancing with a simple question. Two weeks later I had gotten no reply, not even a short email expressing regret about being unable to take on my case.

It is both unprofessional and personally discourteous to just ignore direct individual inquiries. If you're not going to answer your emails, why even have a public email address in the first place!?!

Pro-tip: Before giving anyone your business, test their responsiveness to initial inquiries. If they can't handle that part well, they're not going to do a good job with your case either so dodge that bullet and look elsewhere!
