Took my car in for repair and this was returned within 2 working days.
Extremely quick service and an excellent job with the repairs.
Mel was fantastic with communications and paperwork all the way through.
Brian provided a thorough explanation of the process and works required in writing including timescales which were a lot quicker than anticipated.

Got my car repaired through insurance here. They were very quick and the car looked really good at the end, cleaned the car as well. Mel the receptionist was lovely and went very smoothly.

Please, please DO NOT use this ‘company’ I use this term loosely as I cannot see how they are a company. I was involved in a non-fault accident. I was told by my insurers the car was a write off, then repairable, then a write off and now it’s repairable. I accepted that it was repairable but needed information from my insurer like all info on ABL as they needed to be approved by VW, I also wanted to know how this would affect the value as the car is on finance before proceeding. I kindly asked my insurer to answer my questions, and put the repairs on hold until this was completed, I also politely called ABL to advise them and emailed them, spoke to a lady called Mel via email to confirm DO NOT TOUCH MY VEHICLE. Long story short, I get a phone call the car is repaired - by ABL without my permission and all the while this was on hold. Had an argumentative member of their team call me, call me a liar that the repairs where not held (I have emails between me and them where they acknowledge I have held the repairs) was very aggressive and intimidating. Overall the garage are not helpful and have made me extremely nervous to deal with them directly. There’s been a fault somewhere so did not appreciate the lady calling me shouting - from a mobile number, happy to provide this ABL if you read this. She should not be working for your company!
