Awesome guys, friendly, knowledgeable, great communication, had my laptop fixed in no time. It required a new fan (high spec HP Envy) and the part arrived within 2 days.

My printer broke down and I needed to print a couple of return labels so I sent my son to Grays town centre and AI Computers was the only ones that had a printer at the time.

My son asked them to print 2 returns labels and they charged him £2. What an absolute rip off and they should be ashamed of charging that much!

My phone fell into the water and I took it to a&i computers. They charge £60 for them to fix it but when the day came for me to come and get the phone back. all they did was dry the phone and demanded for another £60 and I wasn’t gonna pay that do not come to this place is the worst place they like to scam people a lot .

My partner came to this store 2 days ago with a smashed iPhone screen. They replaced this for the cost of £85 with so called “3 Months warranty” 1 day after, the phone has been freezing constantly (for hours at a time) My partner then brought the phone back to store looking for a refund as they product/service she bought from them was faulty. They refused the refund and made her feel little and uncomfortable.

Do not recommend this store and would suggest going else where.

He "fixed" my brother's iPhone screen.
Screen was coming off the phone all the time took the phone back for him to have a look at it , he didn't even bother and started swearing in his language which I clearly understand.
Worst customer service I have ever seen. Don't go there if you don't want to be robbed. Zero stars if I could.

I would recommend A & I Computers to anyone in Essex that needs to fix their laptops, tablets and phones. My experience here was second to none. I felt very comfortable with these guys like they were my friends they ensured my system was fixed and added a few complimentary extras for free just to ensure my system worked perfectly well. Ash and Eman are top class technicians and customer centric individuals! Happy Customer. Thanks Guys!

I brought my HP Envy here to be fixed as the screen was smashed accidentally & it was not booting up. So after a quick Google I found this computer repair shop as being the nearest to me from Chafford Hundred. So I took my laptop in & asked them if they would be able to fix it.

After a short time they called me to say they had ordered the new screen & digitiser from Germany but the laptop still wouldn't turn on...

So after visiting their shop & discussing the laptop I have the go ahead to get a new motherboard as well & within another few weeks I got the call to say my laptop was ready. They had managed to fix it so it was up & running with its lovely new screen!!

I do very highly recommend their services, as they also managed to fix my 12 year old playstation phone as well, when everyone else told me it wasn't fixable. It just needed a new motherboard that cost me £8 & they charged me £20 to fit it.....you cannot beat their prices & workmanship!! Thank you once again xXx
