I have worked with various recruiters in the past, but none have been anything line Justin. Justin really has time to listen to your requirements and issues and will go over and beyond in advising you in what is best finding in your next job and will negotiate hard for you when necessary. Talking of finding next job, I landed interviews within a couple of days of consulting Justin and had an offer after the first interview. He touched base with me before the interview and gave tips and pointers and called after the interview too, just to check in. Justin made himself available even during unsociable hours. Justin really does go over and beyond and fond him to be a cut above. Thank you for all of your help!

Justin was an excellent recruiter throughout the entire job hunting/interview process. He went over and beyond to help me to prepare for my interview, reassured me and boosted my confidence to secure success in my second interview. Which ultimately led me to being offered the job.

When I received my job offer, I asked for additional pay and Justin successfully negotiated the salary for me, and I came out £2000 better off! I couldn’t have asked for a better recruiter! He has even checked to see how things have been for me during my probation period.
