This magnificent building has been wonderfully restored and well worth a visit. Unfortunately, quite a lot of shops weren't open but I bought an amazing jumper in the Jitterbug Jean shop. The sourdough toasted brie and onion chutney sandwich at The Bakery was amazing. Pity I didn't have room for one of the delicious looking cakes.

I visited the Piece Hall on my way home from Leeds, and I wasn't disappointed it is a marvellous structure. It was a lovely place to wonder room and visit all the lovely shops and to have a meal in the sunshine. I would recommend this place if you are near by.

Incredible historical venue of all sorts. Came all the way from the United States to see Halifax and The Piece Hall.

Great acoustics and you could feel the bass - especially from the upper level balcony.

Food was offered by local vendors and was reasonably priced and tasted good.

I hope Rick makes this an annual occurrence!

Looked a lovely place if you enjoy socialising and the outdoor vibe of shops and food and drink entertainment.

I felt bad for the shops though as they seemed unvisited. It was a Saturday afternoon, you would expect it to be the busiest time for shopping but none were frequented by even just one human.

The building is quite impressive but what was super impressive were the doors!!!

Worth popping to see the piece hall if you are around.

Beautiful place that has quirky shops, welcoming bars and a great venue for live music. I was luckily enough to see Richard Ashcroft play. If your looking for something different it's definitely worth a visit.

We went to see Korn here and it was really well organized, a great atmosphere and a phenomenal experience.
It was easy to go and get drinks or have loo visits and get back to our space - well thought and planned out and great surroundings.

Came here for a Quo concert - never been to Halifax before. Parking and diversions getting to the venue were a bit stressful but the venue itself was remarkable. Great acoustics, good sight lines - Quo filled it so atmosphere was excellent. Beverage distributors were easily accessible - didn't try the toilets. Busy getting out - be patient and watch your feet! Very unusual venue for a gig but worked really well - my wife tells me that she has been here for shopping too and that was excellent but I can't comment on that!

A relaxing and enjoyable location for both families and couples. There are numerous stores to explore, as well as coffee shops and restaurants for when you need to refuel. After parking your car in the nearby shopping center, take a short walk. A fantastic way to spend a weekend.
