The email management service first and foremost allows us to focus on projects whilst knowing that any emails we receive are being handled appropriately - ensuring clients receive a prompt response, and meetings are being booked or tasks added to our project management system.

The call handling service is a godsend, allowing us to work uninterrupted unless calls are urgent, which in our line of work is huge. It means me and my team aren't context-switching all of the time and can instead crack on and work through our workload whilst being confident clients remain happy and know that we are listening to them.
