Enlisted R3 after an external hard drive with years of family photos and memories stopped being recognised by any of our PCs. Excellent service from initial quote request through to completion. Frequent communication and clear, helpful service from everyone I dealt with.

As someone with little idea of what this sort of service would cost, the initial quote was in line with a phrase I saw on another review: "more than hoped; less than feared" and, in hindsight, worth every penny. Fair and transparent - paid no more than was quoted up front; no nasty surprises.

I used R3 Data recovery to recover an overwritten hard drive. The service they provided was excellent and would definitely recommend. The service was reasonably priced, I did not use their speedy service but they still turned it around in good time and successfully achieved the task. Communication was very good throughout.

I was recommended this company as I had dropped my hard drive and was desperate to recover the data ,, communicated with Will , a couple of times , once by phone , very professional and did exactly as he promised ,, recovered all but 2 files .. ( almost 1tb to recover ) ,,,and had it all back in 3 weeks !! A bit pricey , but worth it , as the price quoted was the price charged ,,,came across cheaper options but they had hidden extras ,, thank you Will

My hard drive full of every family photo for the last 20 years died. It also contained every document I had saved in that time. A hard drive full of very sentimental files such as photos of my children being born. Devastated at the prospect of losing all of this data, I set about finding a recovery service. So many providers had patchy reviews and didn't look legit until I came across R3. The service was very smooth and 99.9% of my data was recovered. Just 12 files could not be recovered out of 77,000!
A very professional service which is highly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant and bona fide company that does what is says in its company title. How important is your lost data to you? Well if it means as much as it does to me and you are stupid enough to not have those back ups in place, then do not complain about the costs to recover them. Relatively speaking, was quite cheap considering there was 25 years worth of data recovered.

I used my credit card on this failure on my part but don't regret a single pound spent. Will and his team recovered the data from an old Linux system drive and put it onto a brand new one terabyte external hard drive for me ready to run under Windows.

To all persons who need a reputable company and are trawling through various Google searches, this is the real deal and actually do their recovery on site. Hopefully you will never need to be in this situation, but if you do give them a call. Great interaction and regular updates throughout the process.
