Advice provided with bad customer service (because I refused to go) and not really good image for the place if the customers are treated like „a garbage” because they explaining their query and not being understood or listened. I repeated what I need after seeing the man not paying attention on what I’m explaining, trying to make feel like „I can’t help you” and not focusing on my needs but to finish and go to another customer. Attitude of the man operating „collections” should switch to European standards. We are living in the UK. Thank you.

I'm giving this review a 1 star because I cannot give any less. Worst post office I've ever been to. Getting something done or getting any information from the staff is almost impossible. Very impolite and unprofessional staff. Especially the front lady working at the office. The post office itself looks deserted inside. Don't use this post office for your work. Find some other post office. This one is good for nothing!. 0 out of 100

I strongly advise against using this Post Office for your needs. The staff here are incredibly impolite and unprofessional. When I visited on 6th June 24, I was treated with disrespect and dismissiveness, making the entire experience frustrating and unpleasant.

The employee I interacted with was rude, unhelpful, and seemed annoyed by my questions. This level of customer service is unacceptable and makes it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority at this location.

Save yourself the trouble and choose a different post office. You'll likely receive much better service elsewhere.

Very rude, unprofessional staff.
So far everyone from my institution who went to this post office regret it. As the middle age man is very rude and unprofessional.
The lady staff is very decent and respectful but the guy is very rude. He is always up for a fight

If I could give 0 stars for the horrendously poor customer service and conniving staff that would be an injustice. -10 stars as far as I’m concerned. Lying about closing times, not wanting to process your urgent queries and awfully rude. What is the point of serving your local community with a.stank attitude?! Needs to be thoroughly investigated!
