I cannot fault this service at all. John is the kindest most considerate person and he is very fair. He picked up my laptop same day and dropped it off the following morning. He cleaned my laptop and it’s working like it’s brand new, honestly I’ve never been so impressed with a service. Highly, highly recommend him. If I ever have problems in future I will be back in touch with him without falter.

John Gauci made a house call to work on my computer in December 2022, John was exactly the person I needed to sort out my issues, his knowledge and years of experience soon had the computer running like new, doing a backup and recovery, replacing a full SSD memory with a new one and reinstalling everything I thought I had lost, including Win 10 and other apps that went missing. John is a genuinely caring and trustworthy person and a pleasure work with and talk too, I will not hesitate to call him again in my needs, thank you again John.

I would not hesitate to recommend John to anyone. I contacted him following his Google reviews and him also being local to me and I was not disappointed in any way. It was recommended to me to have some additional work carried out on my existing PC but John was completely honest and told me it wouldn't make any noticeable difference. I felt so confident in him that I then used his advice/services to purchase a new PC and set it up for me (Microsoft Office, Photos, iCloud - everything!) John worked both remotely on my old PC and on-site with my new one. He is polite, trustworthy, caring and professional and I cannot recommend him highly enough. So assured by him, I will continue to use his services in the future to keep my new PC in operation!

Data Recovery Service

John was able to recover lost files from my hard drive within a couple of days of me informing him of my problem and handing over my hard drive to him. Communciation between myself and John was outstanding, he kept me updated on the progress throughout. I am extremely happy with the service and the recovery of these files has made my life so much easier. I cannot thank John enough, he has been a pleasure to deal with, he is extremely trustworthy and his polite, professional and outstanding service was truly remarkable. I am pleased to say that I met John through a local website and that after a long period of time working with other IT people.
