GO FOR A COMPETITOR, DO NOT USE! The IT system froze up for me in January, when I most needed it. Their technical systems are a disaster, and I strongly don't recommend this. Additionally, they are very sleazy with the membership options. They send a sly email saying the membership will be renewing in March. If you don't cancel in a few weeks, it renews in April - and they REFUSE TO REFUND. Sounds obvious but PLEASE CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL ASAP when you see this. I emailed them in April to ask to cancel the renewal, they refused, despite it being for 2024/2025.

Just a really sleazy company to deal with. And most importantly, the IT systems were awful, slow and full of errors when I used it for this tax return.

Please go with a competitor, and save yourself this hassle. Not worth dealing with such a company for an important tax return issue

Simple to use. I like the podcast ideas and have just started listening to them but some are too long to call a coffee break listen, such as over 20 mins. 10-15 mins is the most they should be to keep my attention.

The experts also talk way too fast to absorb and focus on what is being said when listening to so many facts. They need to slow down so I can think about what is actually being said and how it applies to me.

Unfortunately this Software has not worked fully since I signed up. I have flagged various problems since and the customer service is extremely slow, it comes across like they are adverse to constructive critism.
Such a shame, it could be great, but feels like its failing. I've just cancelled my subscription even though I was given 6 months free, that's how frustrating I have found it.
The combination with Get Coconut feels like the company cannot cope.
I should probably be offered a refund of all of my subs, but I'm guessing that wont happen either.
If you are a Private Landlord, I would suggest you look elsewhere. Sorry GST, but you've had plenty of time and chances to fix everything.

I used this software recently on behalf of a relative. I found it very easy and useful. The only slight snag was a couple of times when I emailed the customer service,, the email sent did not generate a "ticket", for them to respond. So after waiting some days, I had to contact them via their facebook page. That aside, I found the customer service good, and the whole process very worth the cost. I would recommend and I will use in future.

What a waste of time. Doesn't actually work. First of all crashed and wouldn't allow me to save my progress and had to be sorted by the tech people and then couldn't add my address as its a house name and not house number. WTAF? Who's designed this piece useless software?

Self-employment form is super easy to fill in and the advice they offer is invaluable. It often takes hours to get through to HMRC, but Louise got back to me within 30 minutes.
