Phoned several times over the course of 3 days.
They never answered phone calls, emails or messages on their live chat service.
I won't be renewing my subscription, to say the least.

The problems I've had since I got my tracker in October 2022 are still ongoing.
Got Phantom i7 tracker installed on my new van. Van battery was constantly draining. Many months of problems, finally auto electrician diagnosed it was the tracker.
Tracker swapped with new one, March 2023. All ok for about 6 months, then it started alerting the control centre it was being driven away. Was told to turn off my switch. But I don't have one, never have.
Engineer attended, 'rebooted box, all looks fine'. Tracker continues to alert. Called tech support, they said they will send new wiring loom to be replaced.
Engineer arrives, without the loom. Engineer moves ignition wire to a different location, says to try it.
Test drive the van properly the next day, continues to alert.
Called tech support to book an engineer. Engineer doesn't turn up on the agreed date. Currently waiting for a call back from tech support. Not holding out much hope.... losing the will to live.

If I could make it 0 stars, this company would drive you to tears!
I ordered and paid for a Sentinel S5 system 18 Sept 23, from 'Amanda' who assured me the system could be fitted anywhere in the UK. The van was in Inverness. She informed me the fitter would be in touch within a few days. One week later I had to contact her again to find out what was happening. Amanda informed me all was in hand and again this a fitter would be in touch. Another week and still no contact, called again, Amanda quite off hand, informed me that they could not find a fitter. At this point, I contacted another company 'Trackershop' and had a tracker fitted within 2 days and cheaper! I requested my money back on 03 Oct, a company manager phoned my wife on 5 Oct saying money would be in my account within 3 to 5 working days. If only.
Emails and phone calls eventually produced a refund on 2 Nov! They took my payment within minutes and it took a month to get a refund. Really bad customer service, think twice and look at other companies.

I purchased a Phantom (now Moving Intelligence) nearly 3 years ago for my caravan, absolutely brilliant and far superior to the manufacturers fitted tracker. And the app is fantastic, the unit can be activated and deactivated from the app, and it shows caravan battery charge state, records caravan mileage done, Etc.

Appalling service on every level. Failed to fit on the day arranged, changed it without telling me. I cancelled order due to the vehicle being sold before new fitment date. Refund promised and over 3 weeks later and numerous calls.. no refund. Near impossible to get through to anyone and when i did they gave every excuse possible for their failure; COVID, other sickness, failed systems, 'not my dept', 'I'm working from home', no one available, etc. When i did get a promise of refund (3 times and counting) nothing materialised. I now have a 'promise' of a refund next week (5 days to process garbage) I don't hold much hope. My new car needs a tracker but it certainly won't be this outfit.

Absolutely garbage, fitted device and forgot to activate it. Finally sorted after some time, and many apologies , sold the caravan. Rang to inform them they told me no refund of premium but I could transfer it to another caravan. No thank you, I'll use a company that understands what they do, and have a inclination to look after customers.

Having used there tracker for many years I have always found them very professional and friendly always inform you very fast if vehicle moves (forgetting to turn it off).changed Motorhome and it had a rival companies one on so I subscribed to it and found it to be far inferior than phantom systems even though I had paid for lifetime subscription I lost the money to come back to now moving intelligence and within the first couple of days it has been fantastic to be back with a system Iand company I can trust. You will not regret it there systems are great value and very very reliable. THIS IS A GENUINE CUSTOMER NOT A FAKE AND HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM OTHER THAN A VERY SATIFIED CUSTOMER AGAIN

Needed a tracker for caravan for insurance
Ben organised arranging for engineer to come out to storage site.
He also said any issues anytime just call him, he would look into any issues, I loved the personal touch from them.
