I had an outstanding experience with Harrison's service! When an issue arose with the first phone, it was resolved swiftly and efficiently. Asked a couple of questions before purchase and all answered quickly by Harrison. Got the screen protector added as well and I’m so pleased with my purchase. Even had a follow up email finding out if I had managed to transfer all my details over to the new phone. Harrison has great customer service and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend.

Purchased a PS5 online from them, honestly was a little worried as I found them from a facebook marketplace ad. But I am extremely happy with the service provided, they processed my order very quickly, had fantastic communication to make pickup as easy as possible. When I arrived Harrison greeted me warmly and made sure to show and explain all of the damage / scuffs on the console as it was a refurbished product without a box.

The PS5 came with everything needed, and Harrison double checked all of the cables were in the package and the controller was in good order.

I will absolutely be back again, cannot recommend enough.

Perfect transaction! At first I thought this looked too good to be true -a brand new, open box Iphone 15 ProMax for less than a grade B refurbished phone on Ebay! But delivered next day, absolutely as described, June manufacture date and 100% battery, no problems with setup. Would definitely recommend Calatech or use again myself.

Nothing short of phenomenal!

Not many places can live up to their online reviews, but Calatech & Harrison definitely do.

Yesterday, I purchased a Nintendo Switch in Calatech’s Pristine condition and it arrived this morning at 08:35am - talk about fast.

The parcel was very-well wrapped, so it looked promising.
I opened the package to find, low and behold, a damage-free original box and within that, a very accurately described pristine Nintendo Switch - not a scratch or mark in sight.
Not only that, but Harrison had already fitted the gel screen protector for me WITH NO BUBBLES!

The service I received from Harrison was second to absolutely none.
