My Toshiba TB1 external hard drive simply stopped working one day and I lost a great deal of work that I had not been able to back up. All I can say is that EADR through the whole process have been professional and best of all they they recovered the majority of the data I needed in a short time frame. Every step was explained and postage was all recorded and tracked very efficiently to prevent any problems there. They were reasonably priced too. I cannot recommend them highly enough to others.

Wow! What a great service. Steve and Alison were super responsive and friendly, with regular updates during the process. They had to dismantle a damaged SD card and managed to recover over 600 photos and videos from it. These were photos of a one-off family event so irreplaceable. Turn around time was very fast too. My HDD failed in my PC and EADR were recommended to me by my local IT specialist Jays Computers Crewe.

I got in touch with EADR who were very professional informing me of my options, and on how the process would move forward.
So after sending my HDD to them they very quickly told me what the fault was , and again they were very clear pointing out the potential cost of the repair.

Within a couple of days the repairs were complete and all my data recovered onto a new drive , and delivered via a courier.

EADRS Ltd were recommended to me when a Memory Hard-drive had failed to allow me access. They quickly diagnosed the issue and kept me regularly updated with the work that was being undertaken.
