I think I'd probably be couch surfing if not for the amazing people who work here. Everyone here is so kind and understanding, they are SO knowledgable and if they can't help you, they can find someone who can. The first time I walked in, I was so nervous and scared of being judged or pushed around from pillar to post as I have been with other "services" but I felt heard and understood. Can't explain how much I recommend this charity for any young person who is struggling.
