My phone has charging issues, needed the charging port changing, £35 and 45 minutes later the job was done with 0 issues, 35 is much less than where I'd been quoted elsewhere with a shorter wait time aswell, 100% would recommend and will go with and further phone issues. Thank you!!

No pleasant customer service whatsoever! Inside the shop smells of cigarettes and the Asian guy who works there is very quick to take your money but you WILL have problems with your phone. Can't say you weren't warned......definately would NOT recommend ‼️

Can’t recommend i Tech Care enough! Excellent customer service and devices always repaired with a speedy turn around. We’ve always used i Tech Care and will continue to do so. We’ve had an Xbox console, numerous phones, iPad and laptop repaired with no problems at all and at a very reasonable cost. Reassuring to know we’ve found a reliable service. Thank you i Tech Care!

I have had 2 lovely experiences using this shop. Both of my daughters phones had different issues and had to be repaired. The first was a bigger job then we all first thought but I had wonderful communication throughout. I knew what was happening and even though it was a bigger job that took longer and more parts the price quoted was the price paid. My other daughters was a bit more straightforward as it was a screen repair. Again brilliant communication and done in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend and use again if we ever have any other issues.

Recently had a screen replaced by i Tech, however now the phone randomly reboots or the screen becomes unresponsive and I have to reboot. I tried explaining this to the team at i Tech, but they refused to take any responsibility for it. AVOID these scammers

I had a charge issue with my phone straight away bal found that the charge port was shorting and needed replacing. Was fixed within an hour and my phone is now working with no problems. Great service and quality at a competitive price with aftercare. Would highly recommend.
