I was very upset as I had spilled coffee on my laptop, however Aman was amazing in the process of fixing it. He was very honest about what I needed done to my laptop. He gave me a fair price, told me exactly what the issue was, and was very fast and efficient with fixing the problem. The laptop was also covered in makeup when I handed it to him, he returned the laptop sparkley clean which was also very impressive since that makeup is hard to remove. Very happy with the service. Would deffo recommend and will deffo use again in the future!

Fantastic service done by Aman, my MSI laptop needed its fans replaced as well as re-paste.
Aman has done a wonderful job cleaning the vents and installing the new fans, he also applied electric tape so cooling is more efficient. Highly recommend his services ?

Worst experience of my life.
I dropped my laptop with the charger and broke the charging port. I used it normally and I didn't notice it until around a day or two later when I pulled the charger out and noticed it wouldn't charge when put it back in.
I looked online and this service seemed highly recommended.
They diagnosed the issue within a few hours and said they should replace the charging port and the charger itself. Around a week later, I was sent a text telling me the mousepad was glitching for them and asked if he should replace it, I agreed.
I picked it up a few weeks later and my laptop came back to me worse than I left it. The screen glitches, the brightness keeps changing without warning, the mousepad malfunctions and the cursor glitches making it unusable, the fingerprint recognition no longer works at all and my laptop is unbelievably slow, and on top of all that, I opened the plate at the back to see if the issue was obvious, and some of the screws were loose
I messaged them about some of these issues and he linked it to the initial fall, which didn't make sense to me since it was working fine after the fall, and mentioned seeing a short-circuit.
The fact that he mentioned the glitching mousepad yet didn't ask if I wanted something done about the short-circuit just shocked me. I was asked if I wanted to bring it back in, but I'd rather my laptop be this broken than have them mess with it again.
I'm aware my laptop is rather old, around 6 years, but I've maintain it meticulously, and having it come back to me this broken is just sad.

Aman understood the assignment! Within five minutes he gave me a breakdown of what he could do to repair my old laptop as it was slow and needed an upgrade. Turnaround was in 24 hours and I think that’s bloody amazing! More than anything it was great to find someone at my doorstep to be able to repair my laptop- thank you for the efficient, five star service Aman!
