Kept me up to date as they investigated the issue, and then clearly detailed all costs involved, and emailed/called to explain and get approval before undertaking or charging for any work. Kind of dumped my new-to-me BMW on them following an overheating problem, and they admitted they were busy but would look it at asap. They ran a full diagnostic and shared the detailed results via a text link - diagnosed a water pump failure with an estimate to fix it. They texted me an update when it was ready, and when I went to collect gave me the full info about what was done. One of the techs owns the same car so we had a good chat about the good and the bad about the car. Great guys, great service, will be using them to look after my BMW from now on.

Brilliant service. So much more organised and professional compared to my experiences with the main dealer. AUDI A1. Changed suspension spring. Done a quality job. Good alterative if you don't want to go to a dealer. Also have been for brake and they were honest to say it was pads only and not disks as well.
