Definitely a five star service! Fixed my laptop in just over 24hrs and explained everything he was doing to me in simple terms so I could understand, made me feel confident that my laptop was in safe hands right from the beginning. I had issues with my PC start up/unable to log onto Windows. I had no idea what to do and found Computopia online with good reviews. Iain was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Iain deserves every one of these stars! My son bought a new graphics card for his gaming PC but couldn't finish the installation. I completed the Computopia website form (nice and straightforward) and Iain contacted me shortly after. We took the PC to Iain late morning and he'd completed the work by the end of the same day, ready for us to collect the next morning.
Iain is very knowledgeable, approachable and extremely efficient.
I have since used him again and am planning to replace my son's PC case for which I will use Iain for the component transfer from the old to the new one.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Iain and Computopia. A first class service - thank you!

Fantastic service. After taking my PC to another shop because of freezing issues, and them telling me there was nothing wrong, I sought a second opinion. After reading the reviews, Iain was my next call, and I wasn't disappointed. He was professional and kept me informed via text of the progress of the repair. My freezing issues are now solved and the PC is running faster than ever. Computopia will most certainly be my first call in the future for any repairs or PC servicing I need. Massive thanks to the team for a recent RAM upgrade. As a Videographer I'd been running on 16GB for a long time but the latest release of Photoshop and Premiere were maxing it out. I'm now running on the fastest speed of 64GB my rig can handle. Cheers!
