Brilliant service from Richie who was very helpful in getting my old ASUS laptop up and running again. He also supplied a reconditioned Dell laptop for my daughter to use, all at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend.

Great service from Richie, very prompt and excellent value. My laptop stopped charging and died. I contacted the manufacturer and they advised a return and a factory re-set. Richie was familiar with the problem and fixed it quickly by removing and re-connecting the battery which somehow re-sets the active charging, saving a great deal of time and inconvenience. Thank you Richie.

I found Richie after searching for a laptop repair for my gaming laptop online in the area, I messaged a few places that were more “bigger company’s” and no surprise they never even contacted me back. However Richie messaged me within 24 hours and was able to see to my problem straight away. He was able to check for the problems I had and then confirmed the pricing for repairs with me before he went ahead which I think is an amazing customer care.

Along that the pricing for repairs was amazing! He gets parts quickly and the charges he does for repair/installation were top notch.

I even came back to have a work laptop fixed because of how amazing he has been for me.

I will always support local business over big corporation's because the detail of customer care and satisfaction is next to none!

I will 100% come back for any other needs I require.
