After some dissatisfaction with my businesses, I decided to embark on some coaching to see if a fresh set of eyes and ideas would benefit me and my company.

I must admit it was one of, if not the best investment I have ever spent. Tim started with a lot of analysis which benchmarked where we were now but more importantly what we needed to do to get where we wanted to go.

There are far too many good things to list them all but I am now after 23 years doing things that should have been done had I known. My day to day is totally different as I concentrate on the important tasks that will ultimately get me to my 10-year goal that has been set.
