Amazing service. If I could give 10 stars I would. It is the 2nd time I have used Arden IT and today they rescued me with a speedy, knowledgeable, and friendly service. Jamie was brilliant and extremely patient, which he needs to be due to my lack of IT knowledge !
Within an hour of my initial call asking for help, my lap top had been fixed and I came away a very happy customer. I also dropped off 2 other older lap tops, which Jamie said he will sort by tomorrow. What a brilliant company with fantastic customer service. Thank you so much.

We can highly recommend the sales, service at Arden I.T. We bought 2 laptops with ready installed programs to replace an ageing desktop computer and laptop. An external hard drive was checked for compatibility; we were advised on a replacement and guided through transferring our data. Jamie explained things simply and clearly in a 1 to 1 tutorial; resolved issues, filled knowledge gaps and gave best practice methods moving forward. We now use great computers and have gained so much confidence. Thanks for all the support.

bought my laptop into Arden, it was running so slow despite being into another local repair shop twice and being charged twice. Jamie has made an excellent job of fixing it, its now running better and faster than it ever has. AND all at reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service, highly recommend. I needed some help and advise regarding an external hard drive for my laptop. The person who helped me was efficient and professional, he solved my issue, didn’t try to sell me anything and no charge for the support provided. I popped in the shop last month for advice on a gaming build I'd put together that wasn't performing as I'd hoped, and a guy called Jamie gave me loads of tips and things to try to remedy it. He gave freely of his time and the very first thing he suggested (a bios update) completely solved my issue. These will be my go to guys in future for PC help. 5 stars

I had an issue with my PC not turning on, I called Jamie who told me to bring it straight down to the shop. Within the hour my PC was fixed. The service I received was nothing short of exceptional. We will always come back to Arden IT for any IT issues and if we need replacement equipment. If you have any IT issues and are local to Nottingham and Derby I could not recommend this company any higher. Thank you so much and keep up the good work. As a side note the office cat Daisy is adorable and its worth just popping in for a quick cuddle with her.
