William Gladwell owner of Gladwell computer services has been helping me with my technology needs for about half a decade now and I wouldn't go to anyone else for support. Will is incredibly knowledgeable, insightful and easy to talk to. He explains issues in plain English and is very easy to communicate with. I was having issues with my old laptop being very slow. It would take a good 10 minutes to start up.

I gave Gladwell Computer Services a call and droped it off there the same day. William advised me that to speed things up he would install an SSD, reinstall Windows and then move all my data across.

Two days later I got a call to say everything was done and the laptop was ready to pick up. William gave me a demonstration and I couldn't believe the difference. It now started up in under a minute.
