I met Ashley at an event. At that time I was pretty unhappy, although I couldn't have told you with what.

It took a couple of meetings to figure out, I was working long hours, I was over weight and my relationship was suffering with my lack of confidence, confidence in myself and who I was (which I had totally forgotten).

I was a busy business woman, a mum, a daughter and a wife when in fact I could be all this and still be me.

Quite frankly I stopped investing in myself.

Ashley basically opened my eyes, he gave me the tools to achieve realistic results and to be honest without me realising.

Once my head was in the right space the confidence crept in, I looked after myself more, I did the things I loved without the guilt, my weight dropped dramatically and my relationship dynamic changed.

I was a ‘big thinker’ – spending most of my time living in my head creating endless ideas and different scenarios in pixel like detail.

And yes, I was mega busy, without a minute to myself.

I went to sleep exhausted often waking up even more so. I was running around, distant and questioning everything which meant I couldn’t mentally switch off.

My business was draining not just me, but pretty much everything - my relationship had lost it’s fizz and I’d lost my Identity.

The harder I pushed to get things sorted the worse they got.

I didn’t think there was a problem, after all it was ‘just the way it is’ – you get used to the hustle.

I saw Ashley’s videos, but thought I hear what he’s saying but I’m too smart to not let that stuff happen….funny thing is you’re usually the last one to see where you’re really at.

Within minutes on our first call Ashley had pinpointed a way out with just one question “is feeling stressed out, lost and exhausted why you started your business?” – there and then I knew I’d reached a turning point.

Ashley gets it, he’s a family man whose been in the dark places too and knew how to get me firing on all cylinders again.

He’s dedicated, passionate and always committed to doing whatever it takes to help you figure a way out.

Thanks to him I’m now well on my way to achieving the real tangible results my business was set up to deliver, more time and freedom to spend with my family and enjoy the things I used to do again.

I don’t consider Ashley just a great coach nowadays, he’s a great friend too that simply wants you to win at life and business.

I was a little sceptical at first of the benefits of working with someone remotely. But having worked 1-1 with a couple of PT’s I knew I didn’t like working out in the park in front of dog walkers etc.

Ashley soon settled my concerns – he isn’t a PT he’s a ‘health coach’ in my view.

His style is to introduce new ideas and get them established as routine before moving onto the next level.

Does it work?

Well, I lost 22lbs in about 6 months – but more importantly, I have more energy, am able to work more effectively, my skin is better etc.

As a life long golfer, I’ve gone back to carrying my bag. Something I had to give up on a year before meeting Ashley. Now I can happily carry a bag for 3 rounds in 3 days.

I would happily recommend Ashley and his programme to anyone who needs to get into shape.

Ashley's program is centred around simple, healthy eating and exercise. He feeds you new habits slowly, over time, building you up to a new way of life with small adjustments along the way.

This isn't a 'quick fix' but it is long-lasting if you follow it correctly... however it really is down to 'you', as the client, to put in whatever effort you want to get out of it! I lost 1.2 stone over 5 months with Ashley and I'm so pleased!

Anyone who knows me really well, or has ridden a bike with me, knows that your coaching made a big difference to me. Apart from being a bit pudgy I think I underestimated how much this had affected my confidence and general well-being, and just accepted that this was the norm for a middle aged man.

You set out some straightforward steps, simple to do, no pseudo-psychobabble-ga-ga nonsense. Realistic timescale, new habits: the key difference between what you offer and the failed training plans I have tried in the past. There were tough days, for which I am forever grateful for your support.
