My partner & I used PlanFree to apply for planning permission for a Car Port, we knew it might be tricky for us to get permission as we are in a conservation area. We were planning an extension on the side of our house but there were no properties around us which had done anything like it so we were a bit hesitant to front a load of cash on plans which could of gone nowhere however when we heard of PlanFree we thought it was worth a shot. They were reliable and professional throughout the process, drew up some fabulous plans with great little ideas and managed to obtain us the permission we were after in half the estimated application time!

We used PlanFree to help us when we realised that the double yellow lines were due to be removed either side of our driveway making entry and exit onto busy Ballingdon Street almost impossible. They were very helpful and efficient, appealing on our behalf, and the appeal was successful. We were kept informed and received emails detailing the outcome. We were happy to pay the very reasonable fee and would not hesitate to recommend PlanFree for any planning requirements.
