Highly recommend this company (mark) absolutely brilliant communication, got me out of a really difficult situation with our printer. Went over and above in getting the item we needed for Clive, the engineer, who turned up exactly when he said he would, who then did a great job of fixing our machine so it was up and running within 2 hours of him being there. Other companies wanted over a week to do this job and were nearly half as much again in terms of price. Brilliant company and service, will definitely be using them in the future for maintenance on our machine.
