Phone cracked on Thursday. Chatted to Brilliant Gadgets on Friday for parts. Popped into store on Saturday. He fixed it within the hour. Legend. Highly recommend!!!

2 weeks on, phone has cracked again. I am visibly upset and distressed. Tried to understand this impossible scenario as it got cracked on its own, I can only guess due to an inflated battery. As it was already repaired once, there's no warranty guarantee. As I hate change, it was hard to me to move onto a new phone after 4 long years with my current phone. I cannot keep paying for a cracked screen over and over again. Its infuriating. Wish Brilliant gadgets all the best, he is very talented and skillful. But he couldn't help my problem. I put a lot of trust in people and I must learn that people will disappoint you at times. ?‍♂️

Absolutely brilliant customer service. I would use Brilliant Gadgets & Technologies over going to Apple any day for anything that needs fixing, whether that’s an iPad screen or iPhone. I could not fault how helpful and competitively priced they were. Will definitely recommend and use again in future- 5 plus stars ✨

I took my I phone 11 in with a stuck lock button and the top of the phone was slightly bent. Brilliant Gadgets & Technologies was able to fix it in less than an hour. The staff are so friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you guys so much would totally recommend
