UPDATE 01/05/24..
My van has now been broken into 5 time in the last 2 years in this carpark and twice was in the last 3 weeks. The police are doing NOTHING to stop this and are only interested in giving you a crime number!! I have been using this carpark next to Rainham Station for the last 15+years! The carpark itself isn't the issues as much as the lack of security by the service provider Ringgo. Back in the day this used to be a manned carpark with a attendant siting in the small hut near the entrance/exit. But since the carpark has gone fully automated with no security I have had my van broken into 3 times in the last 6 months and the damage coursed to my van is horrendous (I have uploaded pictures of the damage). I am now at the end of my tether with it and having to seriously think of using another Station/carpark in the future.
