The booking was fine and it was a lovely ride, even though the driver couldn't locate my address in time. I misplaced my wallet in the cab and the driver was kind enough to return it to the office. I didn't even know it was lost in the taxi, because no one one rang me to confirm it, but I'm happy that it was found. I'd use them again. Cheers!

Terrible service, was stuck in rain with 2 kids and called a cab. Gave the name of the street we was at and told the lady on the phone we will wait at any door number the cab drives too. She was absolutely useless and refused to call us a cab. I then asked if she could send a cab to the local pub car park where she refused to do so again because they’re not allowed apparently.

We have used this cab company several times over the past few years. Once to go as far as Hever, in Kent. Always on time and never let us down. Nice clean cars. Polite drivers. Lady controller managed to get us late cab for NY. Picked us up on New Years Eve, picked up two other elderly people, no problem. Car returned to take us home 20 past midnight. Again three drop offs no problem. No messing around just call and cab confirmed. We really must save our local cab firms. Thank You.
