Requested Iain's service. I have sent numerous emails and attempted to call but he is always unavailable or does not answer. He stated he had submitted my tax form but there was a backlog at HMRC so was just waiting. 6 emails later I have had no response. I finally got through to HMRC who said the form has not been submitted. Please can someone confirm if he is still alive?

I have been using Iain's services for 30 years and I have never had a single issue with tax. He is very thorough and totally professional but with a welcoming smile and time to ask how you are. I travel 30 miles to gorleston when I have accountants nearby. Thank you for making my family feel so secure in their finances.

We used for the first time because of the good reviews !!!!
Most of the time you can not get any answer on the phone, when you do leave a message and ask for a return call it never happens, when our accounts were submitted we were told there was nothing to pay, then a month later we get a letter from the tax man regarding overdue payment and another from credit collection !!!!!
