My old PC died on me and James helped me set up a new one and transfer my precious files. Unfortunately there was an issue with my new PC (which James helpfully advised was not my fault and could happen to anyone) He got me up and running again in record time and at minimal cost when COVID was just starting - a very busy and challenging time for a funeral celebrant.
