Normally, I don't leave reviews, but I went in to Fleet Feet on a friend's recommendation. Luke was amazing- listened to my concerns and what I was looking for in a shoe, explained the foot scan process and results very clearly, and gave me some great info about the source of foot pain I've been experiencing. He asked my preferences for shoes and grabbed 3 pairs for me to try on. He listened to and adjusted the shoes according to my feedback, and had great conversation and energy while I was trying the shoes. I was in and out of the store in less than 45 minutes. They had wide size shoes in stock, and I ended up getting one pair of sneakers and a supportive insert. I feel super confident they will fit all of my needs. Overall, the BEST shoe shopping experience I've ever had and the most comfortable shoes I've probably ever worn. Thanks Luke + Fleet Feet!!

Developed plantar fasciitis. My podiatrist recommended a better pair of fitness shoes and Fleet Feet had what I needed. Upon entering the store, I was greeted immediately. Allie came to assist me. She totally understood my situation and the type of shoe I needed. Allie performed the foot scan and walking assessment. She explained the benefit of the 3 brands of shoes I tried on. She was EXTREMELY pleasant and patient while I went back and forth from one pair of shoes to the next multiple times, trying them on then walking around. She also recommended inserts which felt great and recovery sandals. She was very knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with!

A very good friend of mine gave me a $10 off coupon for Fleet Feet but I never had a chance to visit. Well I finally did and it was a really good experience. Jordan took very good care of me and my family. He helped analyze our feet and let us try out some shoes. Ultimately, I wasn't ready to commit to spending so much on a pair of running shoes but I did get a pair of oolas to walk casually in. We will be back for more.

If you need some new shoes, I highly recommend going to Fleet feet. The staff is extremely helpful and will analyze your feet, and recommend shoes that will address your foot issues. The staff will take their time helping you compare shoes to find the best shoes for you

Carson did an amazing job. As soon as I walked through the door. Carson greeted me with a warm smile. Throughout my stay, Carson remained professional and was able to answer all my questions that I had. If he was unable to answer a question, he asked someone who could answer. I highly recommend Carson! He was wonderful and amazing and I want to say thank you. I have gone to several other shoe stores and he was the first one who actually greeted me and listened.

I loved my experience here! I didn't realize they scan your feet, along with your walk, to help you pick the right shoe. The young man who helped me out was very knowledgeable, polite and accommodating. I didn't feel rushed to pick out a pair. I would highly recommend this store.

This was my first experience here and I loved it! Mark assisted me with a foot scan showing me an analysis of where I tend pressure I put on certain parts of my feet when I walk and recommended me shoes I would have never thought to try. He also introduced me to insoles which helped me TREMENDOUSLY as I stand for hours on end. He showed me the perfect shoe and insole combo and they are the comfiest shoes ever! Thank you so much Mark and Fleet Feet Richardson crew! 10/10 would recommend.
