The starter motor went on my van which left me in a bit if a predicament as I use it daily for my gardening business. The garage which I have used for many years said that they were very busy and not able to help me. ?. I called in to Gorleston Mot, and spoke to Nike who really went out of his way to help me. He was also fully booked, but knowing how much a working man needs his van managed to suffle his work load around so he was able to fix it for me. I was only without my van for 2 days. I can't thank him enough and would very highly recommend them.

Have been using Gorleston MOT Centre for well over 20 years, for MOTs and other repair work. Always a nice welcome and excellent service. I have never felt ripped off; they have checked out my car when I thought something was wrong and not charged when no work was needed. I recommended the garage to my daughter, who has also been using them for many, many years. Always our "go-to" garage.

It so important to find a garage you can trust,and at no point did I get an upsell or feel like they were out to make extra money.
It's really difficult to find trustworthy garage's nowadays
They always explain things in a simple understandable manner to people that don’t understand cars. I will keep using them for all my car needs.

I've always felt confident that my car and van is left in safe hands,whether it be for Mot,servicing,or fault finding. Nick has always taken the time to inform me of necessary work and costs beforehand,and on more than one occasion was able to do work without having to book another slot.
I'm always left with the impression that the guys and girls at Gorleston Mot like what they do and are very good at it. On many occasions over the years I have had my queries and motoring questions adressed by Nick and the team,and sometimes minor faults corrected with no extra cost to myself. Not a very nice man, obviously has a chip on his shoulder. Would steer clear of this garage especially if your a woman.

Response- yes you are correct that was me, I 100% would not expect you to put your name on a such an important document when I had a light out. However it was the way I was spoken to by yourself, very rude an arrogant. There was just no need for it. As a woman on my own with 2 children in my car I expect at least some common courtesy and some respect in the way you talk and treat people. I never once insinuated that you had to do it. In my opinion you was rude and arrogant which was unjustified.

My daughter had a door handle fitted here, job wasn’t done properly and the car came out with some bulbs not working , the owner and his bodyguard spoke to my young Daughter very disrespectfully when she asked why the bulbs had gone! Myself and all my family have stopped using this garage and found a brilliant garage st olaves .

These guys are my "go to" garage for any car I have. I live 15 miles away but still go here as they are one of the very few places to have earnt my trust over many years. No problem too big or too small, in my experience. Happy to chat through any problems in the car, but equally honest to the core with my less than mechanically minded friends and family. Can't praise them highly enough.
