General Manager Seeking HR Support – And Proud of It!

I’ve had the privilege of receiving valuable, free advice from Carolyne during various Club Manager meetings, seminars, and online workshops, and I’ve always come away with new insights. For years, I’ve considered myself an "unqualified expert" in HR, having managed golf clubs, hotels, and resorts without dedicated HR support. And while I did a good job, the risks in HR are growing, and the challenges of running a business have become more complex. That’s why I decided to retain GolfHR as our dedicated HR resource.
