The Development Company make leading edge, modern drama based training videos based in their fictitious company Barton International. I have acted in all productions and they are a pleasure to work with. Their scripts are excellent and pre production and production is seamless. As an actor I have never been treated so well. Adrian and Kay are highly skilled in what they do with great attention to detail. I have known The Development Company since I first worked with Adrian in 2009 following redundancy. Adrian devised a bespoke outplacement programme for me which not only lead me quickly back into employment but gave me confidence, reflection and goal setting skills in my personal life too. I recently came on the Certificate in Training & Development course with The Development Company after training for 24 years. I wanted a training qualification to go after my name, and to make sure I was up to date. I saw it mainly as credibility and CPD points. What really surprised me was how MUCH I learnt, and was able to take away and put into practice in my training business. It was a fantastic 6 days, Adrian and Kay were great!
