Awful place had a really good advisor first called Saqlain he really took the time to listen and support me in my aspirations. Since him leaving I have just been passed around from advisor to advisor and no one cares they treat you like objects and dehumanise everyone is so patronising and unprofessional. I’ve heard everything in there, theres one manager who was talking about how he ran over his old boyfriend because he was married to a woman. If the management is like that no wonder the employees are awful and foul. It’s a disgusting place. NO HELP. GOVERNMENT NEEDS TO CHECK WHAT IS GOING ON HERE.

Maximus is a scam, they get paid by getting you into interviews to get commission from DWP for your attendance, they never hwlp you get work, you'll get yourself a job and they will ask you to tell you to fill out the info on how "maximus helped you with your jobs search".. they ask how many hours you do and say it's cos they need to update their system.. really it's to claim credit for you getting your job by saying to DWP that maximus helped so they get even more commission... they are complete scumbags, I got evidence of harassment from the employees calling non stop just to ask you if YOU have found a job
.. never to offer support and actually provide you with an actual job.. I've got proof including employees and managers admitting the scam.

Unprofessional uneducated bunch of people.. making out they help people find jobs. When they don't have a clue how to do their own properly. This program is poorly conducted and managed. There is no clear form of contact with the advisors or direct calls the the building itself . You'll always get sent to call centers in London when you could be living in West Yorkshire.

Honestly 5 stars for Maximus my advisor Saqlain is always available to provide support and has helped me uncover my true abilities and open my eyes when looking for work. He has found me multiple jobs and provided expert support when dealing with my mental health and eased me into looking for work and has made me feel like my true self again. I’ve seen reviews that people have seen many advisors but I have only ever seen Saqlain and Junaid and they have both been so understanding of my circumstances and helped me become myself again

Contacting me on maybe a Saturday evening to attend an appointment Monday morning. This had happened several times. I may be unemployed but I still have a life and have other plans or appointments in place. Never seen the same person twice. Not impressed at all!!
