Closed again for no apparent reason. No notice or apology to be seen. People were turning up from miles away having checked opening times to be greeted with a locked door. Rubbish service.

12 months on I feel they have improved a lot now therefore more stars, they seem to be opening on time now and service is a lot better.

I have started using NatWest Garstang recently. Each visit has been super quick. Staff cheerful and efficient. We could even park outside …a real boon as my husband cannot walk far. Wonderful to find a bank open.

And you wonder why banks are closing.

Opening not even a full week, the days most people can get to them they are closed. Then they only open till 1530.

Get there for opening time wait 10 mins for them to open the door for them to say sorry we cant do transactions only enquiries.

Enquiries can be done on the phone

think your staff need to retrain for call centre staff as thank bank doesn't appear to operate as a bank anymore.

I don't like leaving anything other than positive reviews but I guess I just want Natwest to realise what me and the other reviewers are saying. Opening hours are a joke. Queuing outside for 15 minutes when its only open for 3 hours in a day! The quality of staff is mixed but they ALL used to be great and I just can't understand why things have changed so dramatically, should any person in customer service be so unfamiliar with the word "please"?

Well I've no issues with this branch at all...always been open during the advertised hours, always really helpful, great staff....Nice to have an actual bricks and mortar branch to go into...use it or loose it...!!

Went on the phone to a woman asking if I could make an enquiry to open an account. I dont have a passport that is in date and I asked if bringing in a birth certificate etc would be ideal. She obliged and went to get the infomation putting me on hold FOR 25 MINUTES until a man answered asking what I needed starting the whole process again.

We also visited the branch today knowing that the internet tells us they are open till 4 30. We arrived at 3 25 to find they were closed wasting our time and petrol.

This used to be a wonderful branch with regular, helpful staff. Since its revamp it has become a real chore to do business with ever changing staff and opening hours and days.
Just look at the stated average time people are in there... 20 minutes!!
