I went down to get a copy of my son's birth certificate only to be told that it would cost £50 to have it printed on the day , £30 to have it printed and to collect the next day and £10 for seven day postal service.
I paid for the postal service as I just couldn't justify £50 for a bit of paper to be printed and due to working long hours unable to come back the next day and as the registry office not open at weekends. it's been seven days still no birth certificate my son now can not work until birth certificate arrived.
Think this is day light robbery to charge theses prices and the postal service isn't on time either.
Deeply disappointed all round.
