Absolute joke of a post office, on the internet it states they shut at 18:00, I drove from very far because of this. I arrived at 17:50 and they refused to serve me saying as it is shut. This woman did not want to understand when I explained I come from far. I only wanted to make a simple cash deposit also.

It’s past 9am and been waiting here. The shops still not open! Some of us have had to get a cab to come here! Only to come and find it CLOSED! how about next time u update your late punctuality on GOOGLE

Checked the google maps for open hours, which states the store opens at 7am. When I came with my package at 8:25am and the Post Office was still closed. A gentleman from near store told me I will be lucky if they open at 9am...

Would give zero stars if I could, very rude customer service they never want to scan prepaid parcels, this is the 3rd time I’ve used them, I bought in a pre paid small parcel weighing less than 1 kg I had paid for 2kg more weight than I should have I was told that I hadn’t put the correct weight on and I should have just bought the parcel in and they would charge me, it’s always the same yet other local post offices never seem to have that problem, I won’t use them again very, very bad service, shop is very grubby looking

It was fantastic and good looking before but now very dirty and noisy indeed .
I think the authorities should do something about it please , especially , the Post Office areas !

Since under new management the post office is much better from a local point of view. I stick to the post office opening times and I get smooth service.
